Distance Covered:

Little wind to start with, rigged 8.2m more in hope than expectation. However quickly picked up to give well powered blasting. Gybing tricky due to having to dodge dinghies, but good fun overtaking dinghies in the gusts.

Lots of boards out - excellent.

Wind picked up again and decided to change down after lunch. Typically it dropped soon after I went out on my 6.5m.

Gybing - pulling down on boom makes foot change much smoother. Board still stalls - could be stepping forward too much, pushing too much of the rocker into the water. Try keeping weight on new back foot and keeping rig forward.
